Wonderful experience in ER! Dr. Wagner and Nurse Danielle have been so nice and helpful. We appreciate all their hard work in getting my family member feeling much better. I give them 10 stars. So caring and such compassionate care since we arrived. Amy Shuman, Clinical Coordinator, checked in on us and was so nice. Also, I just had a conversation with Jennifer, RN, Assistant Director of ER, and she is 10 stars too! So caring. So nice to know that our local hospital has such a great ER department!

During two of the most challenging weeks in recent decades for me, East Georgia Regional Medical Center gave me superlative care. The ER visit of February 23rd, 2026 (early morning), and the out-patient surgery of March 5th, 2026 (late morning) demonstrated to me, that EGRMC cares about the whole person. I checked in with Ms. Tralisha, whose kind smile settled my heart when I was in pain, and feeling anxious. The Welcome Desk attendants guided me to where I could get help in short order. Ms. Angela led me to the office for the necessary tests. My attending physician in the ER was a Dr. Summers. Good bedside manner. Thank you to the tech and nurse, whose names I can't remember, and the young man (not on my case), who showed me to the bathroom when I had to throw up. On the day of surgery

Amazing staff!! Everybody was so nice and helpful. We were there for a week with our new baby that had to stay in the NICU (she came 6 weeks early). She had a new nurse twice a day and I never met one we didn’t love, although Elizabeth was our most favorite (she made my experience so memorable being this was my first born child. She made us feel like family, not just another patient. Our second night there was her last night on call and she still came and checked on us after we were no longer under her care)! All of the nurses were so patient, gentle, kind and loving. The hospital food was great! I ate almost every meal while being there a week and had no complaints. Food was seasoned well and so tasty. Cafeteria staff was so sweet and lit up the room with their smiles when they came in! E

The ER Department is amazing. My experience was above my expectations. They truly cared about what my issue was and everyone from check in til the time I was able to be discharged was amazing. Dr. Munger went above to ensure that I had the best care and took the time to explain everything. Even took the time to ask if my experience was up to my expectations and if I needed any other information to assist me. The team was very understanding as well. Just amazing patient care. Thank you!

I had the best possible labor and delivery experience at this hospital. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. The nurses were absolute angels — patient, encouraging, and always one step ahead of my needs. The doctors were knowledgeable and calming, which made me feel completely at ease during delivery. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I never once felt ignored or rushed. Thank you to the entire L&D team for helping bring my baby into the world in such a positive and loving environment!
