Most of the staff was friendly and helpful in intake. Got treated like an addict in ER. Even though I never ask for meds. I fell and hurt both my legs but was only able to get one looked at. Even though I insisted. With injuries to my legs I was never offended a wheelchair on my way out. Even though I was wheeled in. I was in ER area for three and a half hours. Seen my nurse for discharge only.
From registration to transfer I received prompt and compassionate care. My ER nurses Rebekah and Brittany were great! Dr. Sommers was amazing explaining my diagnosis and helping me get the care I need.
