East End Tooth Ferry Pediatric Dentistry

After sharing my experience with a friend who used to manage a dental office, her reaction is why I’m leaving a review. I can’t say anything about the doctors but the clerical staff…. My husband took my daughter back in November for a cleaning. Up to that point we knew she had 3 cavities. I get a call that she has 6 cavities and we need to pay $100 for nitrous oxide, which was not covered by insurance, so they can do filings on all 6 teeth in one sitting. I asked if we can reschedule because we were just there for a cleaning. We were told that if we reschedule we would be charged $75 for canceling the appointment. We paid the $100 and got all 6 filling done at once. Or so we thought….. Last week I received a bill (3 months later) for $100 saying we didn’t pay for the nitrous oxide. Yesterd
