They were really helpful in refilling my prescription when I couldn’t get it at my regular pharmacy.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, know me by name so I rarely have to tell them who I'm picking up for. Only complaint is occasionally when I drop by for pickup my "filled" prescription has not been filled and I have to wait, sometimes even after it's been a couple days since they were supposed to be filled.

East County Pharmacy is absolutely my go to Pharmacy! My insurance no longer was accepted at Harbor Drug & Gift. Therefore, that left me with having to choose from Pharmacies where it takes days to get refills, long lines && no communication. Soooo what's a 25min drive to Elma where the care, quickness, & efficiency is superb at East CountyPharmacy!! Not to mention their app makes it even easier to get prescriptions filled and questions answered! Ohhh && you can't forget all the cute gifts they have in the gift shop that keep me occupied if I do have to wait! Thank you for the pleasant experience.. So if your contiplating if you should switch this is your sign!!! It's totally worth the drive 😊

Awesome Staff!!!! They are very knowlege about the medicines, any conflict and stay on top of all the refill requests. Sinc meds save so much time and travel. I am able to set up our medicine for the whole week/month all at once. They put my mind at ease.
