I have been a loyal customer for years, but I am sad to say after multiple bad experiences myself and friends as well, myself and many others I know will be forced to switch pharmacies. It has been multiple times now that I call to refill my prescription, they say they will have it for me, and then I get a call at the end of a work day that they “ran out of my medication” after telling me they had it ready for me. It is completely unacceptable! I miss the days when Sterling and Cullen were there. They were the best. The staff that is there now are not on top of things and customer service and reliability have gone down hill. I am sad to say that if you want a pharmacy that is reliable and will have your medication when they say they will, this is NOT the place to go.

Best customer service ever! The staff is always beyond nice and so helpful. They are always so fast too. Who knew picking up prescriptions could be such a pleasant and easy experience? I will never go back to a chain pharmacy again.

Cullen and his staff are amazing - always going the extra mile so that customers - like me - can always rest assured we are in good hands. The ECFP staff are very professional and highly knowledgeable about all things pharmaceutical; they take the time to answer my many questions about prescription concerns and help to explain - and navigate me through - some of the more complex - and often baffling - highways and byways of Rx claims and insurance. Although I live on Daniel Island - and there are pharmacies that are closer to me - I gladly drive the 15 minutes to East Cooper Family Pharmacy. It’s one car trip that’s always worth my while. If you live in Mount Pleasant this is the only pharmacy you should consider. If you live outside of Mount Pleasant you should make the drive anyway. The staff here has always gone above and beyond to meet my needs and keep me informed about my prescriptions. I'm always greeted with a smile and feel like family no matter how long I've been away.
