Friendly staff and was seen quickly. Lots of different styles to choose from regarding my glasses as I need to pair for sure . Front office staff lady was super helpful

I was told by my wife to just drop off her pair of glasses to get them fixed there because the metal became loose on the lense. The reason I gave them 1 star is the person at the front made me wait 20 mins while she helped another customer decide if they wanted 1 pair or 2 pair of glasses and calculating the price differences with different pairs of glasses. It was clear as day that I just wanted to drop off the glasses to get fixed and I wasn't there to sit and wait 20 mins nor was I there for anything else. I found this to be incredibly rude. Eventually, the worker in the back took the hint and took my drop off and told me they would call when they were fixed.

Dr Glisker is an extremely pleasant and highly competent doctor. I came to him with a pair of glasses from another local store that were ugly as could be; an embarrassment to wear. As I have very significant vision issues the pair I showed him were so poorly made that even with the thinnest lenses they had available they could not have been more unflattering as the lenses were terribly thick and they could not make a pair of progressives I could see out of. He spent a lot of time with me examining my eyes and helping me choose frames that would minimize my lens thickness and within a week I had 2 awesome pair of glasses that I’m proud to wear and that provide excellent vision! Absolutely Awesome! Great customer service and Dr. Glisker is Wonderful and gives a thorough exam and explains everything. I was kind of putting off looking for a new Optometry Dr. as I worked for a Wonderful Optometry Dr. in Missouri before we moved down here 7 years ago, I am a little skeptical of I eye care chains 🤷‍♀️. Our eyes are the window to our health as my previous employer used to say, they are to be taken seriously. I totally recommend Dr. Glisker’s office and his staff is Awesome!
