East Carolina Veterinary Service is an excellent clinic! The Veterinarians are knowledgeable and caring. The Staff is very professional, friendly, caring and also very knowledgeable. Destiny loves going there and so do I! We especially love Lisa, but everyone there is amazing! They are always there for support and there to assist in any way they can. Excellent clinic!

Dr. Pat is phenomenal and I couldn’t have asked for a better vet experience. My dog was suffering from liver disease and when she first got sick, we found a treatment plan that worked best for her old age and she had another happy year and a half before it got worse which was far longer than we expected. I’m so grateful for the care she received that gave us that extra time. You definitely feel like he and the staff genuinely care. When we had to let her go, Dr. Pat and everyone there were very compassionate and supportive and such a hard time felt a lot more comfortable. Especially knowing that she had the best care possible along the way.

Dr Pat is the best! We took Bo in yesterday with a nail growing out of his foot pad, he took alot of time sitting on the floor and getting Bo to relax. Long story short he was able to remove the nail for us, at 14 years old I didnt want of feel comfortable having him put under to remove it and Dr Pat agreed. I can not recommend this office enough. The vet techs, office personal is top notch too

Our vet was out sick when we needed an emergency service for our dog. The office recommended that we go to Dr. Godfrey‘s office while our vet was unavailable . We called and were able to be seen within 36 hours, Dr Godfrey perform surgery the very next day. Everyone in this office has been absolutely wonderful, I would highly recommend Eastern Carolina Veterinarian Service to anyone. We really appreciate the care that they gave to Tonya.

Highly recommend this vet office. I feel they are very courteous and informative. Very inclusive as far as determining your pets care. Good communication and easy to get appointments.
