East Brunswick Family Dentistry

I had originally gave this four stars, but had to change it to 5. I initially complained about the lack of being able to contact the dentist. That is because they are only at this office Tuesday & Saturday. There are multiple offices. I changed to 5 stars because the whole team here really cares about me it feels like. I had my wisdom teeth removed with them. I was awake. They made me super comfortable. Adriana, the front desk receptionist, constantly checked in on me because I told her how much anxiety I had. Any call or question I had she always answers and never made me feel like a burden. I really trust these dentis and the staff and I'll never go anywhere else.

I went here for a cleaning.... they told me my cavities needed to be re done. They re did them, than i had non stop pain. Than they said it’s normal. These “dentists” have prescribed me 3 antibiotics in the 3 times I’ve seen them. I’ve had cleanings and fillings for 10 years never had an issue. Then they wanna do a root canal. Now my tooth is infected and i can’t get a specialist to see me. They have a dirty old office and have NOT done one thing properly. Avoid at all costs. Not to mention the secretary is super rude and the other hygienist smokes cigarettes before she does work on u. Avoid them at all costs!

I have been going to this office for quite sometime and I never had much problems with the doctors or the staff but I didn't like the smoking either by their previous assistant. Lately for the last two times I have encountered the receptionist who is rude and highly unprofessional. This is highly unacceptable. I also found out she messed up other patients appointments as well. She clearly needs training in time keeping and customer service skills before she is put behind counter in real-time. Every patient is a customer who brings in income for the clinic and they should be handled with respect. I feel sorry for the rest of the staff was very nice but they need to be careful on who they allow to face the customers. This effects their rating. I hope they taking measurements to improve on o

I waited over an hourly see the dentist for my scheduled appointment. I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience for asking what the plan would be for the work to be done on my teeth. Nothing was actually explained to me, or how the work would be done. I was also given a hard time when I asked for a copy of the dental plan for the work to be done.

I’ve had major dental work preformed at this office and it’s been really good. I worked for many years as a dental assistant and I’m extremely critical and discerning in my dental care. In my option Dr. Brodsky and his staff are first rate. Strong recommendation
