East Beach Dental

I’ve been a patient at East Beach Dental/East Beach Smiles for more than 6 years. The office is clean and peaceful feeling, and the hygienists that I’ve had over the 6 years have been friendly and thorough. However, the actual dentists at the office are like a revolving door. I’ve had 4 different dentists, which was cause for concern, but I live in East Beach and not only want to support local businesses but the office was convenient to walk to. I visited the office in August of 2021 and was given a temporary crown. As of late January 2022 I still don’t have the crown. The office manager in inept and unresponsive. Nobody answers the phone when you call. I’ve emailed repeatedly and have not received a response on my last two attempts. I’ve found a new dentist who provides same day crowns,

The staff was SO kind and made me feel right at home the second I walked in. Nikki is a pleasure to talk to over the phone and in person. She makes the process of transferring my records easy. The cleaning was gentle, yet very effective. Dr. Sheta really knows his stuff and is very informative about what needs to be done. I found my permanent dentist ! Glad I made the switch over to East Beach Dental! 😊

I had a great experience at East Beach. Dr Makarita has the best “bedside manner” of any dentist I’ve ever visited. The front desk is staffed with polite, pleasant, and friendly women who make the office welcoming and take all the stress and scariness out of the experience completely. 10/10 would recommend!

I must start by saying I was never a patient. Unfortunately Crystal the office manager would not allowed me to be. I made an initial appointment that was canceled because”the doctors were not on the office that day”. I got that appointment rescheduled and was called and told that my insurance “was inactive “. I called my employer and my insurance and confirmed that I in fact had an active insurance. I called back and once again talked to Crystal who in an extremely rude and disrespectful tone told me that I didn’t had insurance and I was lying and refused to call the number I was providing to confirm my insurance activity. I sent a fax with the insurance information and got a confirmation of that fax. Called her and once again she said she didn’t had any information and she was sure I didn

I called East Beach Smiles as a new patient because I broke a crown on my front tooth and they were able to get me in right away! From the moment I walked into the office; Laura greeted me with a huge smile, Crystal and Dr. Mostafa’s gentle and caring chairside manner and the office manager Sarah making sure that If I needed anything to call them. East Beach Smiles definitely made me feel comfortable and amongst friends. I highly recommend them for your dental needs!
