It’s been a week since I received my hearing aids from Ear-Tronics Port Charlotte and my experience with them has been incredible. I previously was prescribed cros hearing aids and have been wearing them for 3 years. Dr Hooper and I first had a discussion about my concerns and expectations. I told him I was hoping for any improvement that I could get that might allow me to hear better. He then sent me into the sound room and tested both ears. After completing the test he told me he disagreed with me wearing a cros hearing aid and felt confident he could make improvements with proper amplifying my cros side with normal hearing aids. Dr. Hooper gave me back my hearing. I had lost faith that I would ever find hearing aids that worked well for me. After 6 years of wasting my money on expensive products with cheap technology, I found Dr. Hooper. I was so impressed with his knowledge of hearing loss and he spent a lot of time with me helping me to understand. He presented me with perfect hearing aids for me. I immediately felt my depression lifting as I experienced the hearing I had 20 years ago. I did not realize how depressed I was getting from giving up hope to ever find hearing aids that actually worked, easy to place in my ears and easy maintenance. I can't wait to put them in my ears each morning. No kidding. I have absolutely no complaints. No other hearing aids company ever offered a leasing program. This

Dr is great. He did a good job checking my hearing and my ears. He found my ears to be impacted with wax.So I have to to a ENT Dr to get wax cleaned out. Then the Audiologist will give me my hearing aid s. Because if he gives them to me with impacted ears, the wax will clog up the hearing aides. Great place to get ears checked very thorough.

the hooper family were an absolute pleasure to deal with. losing your hearing can be a scary thing but the both re assured me they could help me. i have in the ear canal aids and the fit is perfect. i sometimes forget i even have them in. any time is was in need of adjustments they knew exactly what to do. i think i am good to go now. i highly recommend both father and son.

After 3 years with my hearing aids, my hearing had degraded somewhat so I went to my previous audiologist for a hearing test and reprogramming. That previous audiologist told me that my 3-year-old aids couldn't be reprogrammed and that a new pair of $6000 hearing aids were necessary. I went to Dr. Hooper, he reprogrammed my hearing aids and now they work perfectly. I'm so happy that I found an HONEST provider!
