I went to urgent care today for a nosebleed that has been happening, at random, for five days straight. The urgent care physician wrote me a paper referral to this establishment after calling to make sure that I could be seen. The referral was to see Dr. Phillips. After the physician spoke to Dr. Phillips’s office, he assured me that I would be seen me as long as my nose wasn’t actively bleeding. I waited a couple hours, then came into the office. I was greeted by Kelly behind the window. She said that she didn’t see me on the schedule, and I said I have an urgent referral. I had a very bad experience just trying to get my son scheduled. My sons physician referred him to be seen at this ENT. The referral was sent and I still hadn't heard anything from the office 3-4 weeks after it was sent. I called the office and a very rude lady said she couldn't tell me if they had the referral or not, they only know that they have it once their Dr. gives it to them. More time passed and I still hadn't heard anything. I gave the office another call and the same rude lady finally tells me that they don't have the referral and my sons Dr. needs to send over the referral again. I took my son to his Dr. and they resent the referral again. I called the ENT office a couple days after to ensure they had received it. Dr. Phillips was professional and both he and his staff were efficient and friendly. They worked with me to schedule my appointment despite my work being difficult to get away from. I would recommend the practice and plan to return should I need further ENT care.
