My first visit to Dr. Coffey and his office were a very good experience. My referring PCP set up my referral. When it was authorized, I received a call from Anna who got me in two days later. When I arrived, the waiting room was clean and comfortable and I was cheerfully greeted by the staff. After checking my ID, I think I waited all of five minutes and Dr. Coffey welcomed me in. It was a very efficient visit and addressed my concern cheerfully. He knew everything about my history through medical records and my login through the appPatient app which I already had. No 10-15 minutes of paperwork to fill out! Overall a great experience with Dr Coffey and ENT of Ojai.

Nov 21, 2025: I have been having this chronic cough symptoms for almost 6 months. My PCP tried me on a lot of different medications, trying to rule out cough variant, asthma, reflux, and many other things, and had tried different medications but I did not have any changes or improvement on any of the treatments received from my PCP. I decided to have an ENT specialist opinion, to see if anything was missing . My throat was very dry and itchy and the dry cough was giving me sleepless nights. So I called Dr. Coffey‘s office on Thursday morning and as always Annalore was very kind and she could get me in to see the doctor the very next day on Friday. I saw the Dr who was very thorough, took time to listen to me, examine me, look into my ears, nose and throat, and then made a list of differe

Very well run practice and everyone you are welcomed by is prompt considerate and doing their best to keep you stress free and comfortable and I am very grateful for the Doctors’ Coffee & ( I’m blanking on the audiologist’s name but she is so careful and does such satisfying fine tuning!) abilities to diagnose issues and seek the least invasive ways to help you plus they are all such gentle people. Very happy to visit here :)

Very nice people. Dr. Coffey got the wax out of my ear easily where the doctor's office couldn't. I will go there from now on! Next I'm having a hearing test.

I had severe vertigo for 1 week and knew that my sinus were infected somehow. I called Dr Coffey’s office and they saw me IMMEDIATELY. Their immediate care and concern from the receptionist, to the medical assistant, and Dr Coffey was impressive. Dr Coffey prescribed the best RX for my diagnosis. I am SO THANKFUL for their care, knowledge, and immediate welcome. I highly recommend this place.
