It's a minimum 1.5 to 2 hour wait to see a doctor. The staff doesn't care of you're being seen or not. The waiting room a small oven filled with bodies just waiting for anyone to acknowledge them. Horrible practice.

If you like to spend your time waiting for hours, this is your place. Waited for 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room with my 2 boys. Then got called back to a room to sit an additional 20 minutes. Also paid my copay before even getting called back. I ended up leaving because I couldn't wait any longer. If this is how a first new patient appointment is, I can only imagine how long you would wait when you need surgery. Also I should have left sooner because a lady walked out after she was in the room waiting for the doctor for 2 hours. Very unprofessional office.

5 stars for getting a life-saving diagnosis. While the office experience itself left a lot to be desired, I must change my rating (from 3 to 5) to reflect my OSD diagnosis, which would not have happened had Dr. Loney not ordered a sleep study. Original review: Disappointing experience, especially after really high hopes. I can understand being short-staffed but that does not excuse lack of follow-up and basic customer service. We wanted to give this practice a chance, but will be seeking ENT care elsewhere. While Dr. Loney is certainly thorough and offered some helpful insight, her patient-side manner is lacking; abrupt and at times, dismissive. Dr. Looney provided the most thorough examination and testing of my ears and audiology abilities and deficiencies that I’ve ever received in my past 12 years. She has a well run office, on time with the appointment and very clear with cost and warranty information. Her testing equipment seems to be state of the art. I’m a happy camper, do you hear me?

The office manager Jaqueline is NOT a nice person. Instead of listening and understanding my concerns, she threw me out of the office before I was able to ever see the doctor. She accused me of being "rude" for asking several times how long I was going to have to wait to be seen. I never got to see Dr. Loney, as the office manager asked me to leave, so I have no comment about the Dr. I made an appointment back in May for 10:00 am. I arrived ahead of time to do the paperwork as a new patient. After completing my paperwork, I sat and waited for 45 minutes. I then asked the receptionist Kathy, how long before I would be seen. She told me the Dr. had not arrived yet as she was on Hospital rounds. Since there were 3 patients ahead of me and I had other appointments to get to, I rescheduled. Tod
