Ear Nose and Throat Facial Plastics and Sleep Disorder Center

As a 44 year old African American male I’ve had sinus, allergy, & snoring issues for years. Throughout these years I’ve been prescribed meds & devices that I could not tolerate. After having a breakdown, being depressed, & tired all the time I decided to try something different. This is when I met Dr Seymour & his staff in the middle of 2024. Dr Seymour has been very thorough & personal during this process. He has ran many test to get to the bottom of my issues. To my surprise as a 44 year old these test verified that I have an obstructive airway, sleep apnea & that I’m allergic to countless items & foods that I wasn’t aware of. I was having problems with my ears. My eustachian tubes were blocked. Dr. Terry Seymour put tubes in both of my ears. My ears are better now. I would recommend Dr. Terry Seymour to anyone who is having ear problems.

So I would have gave this place 5 stars from my first visit! But I haven't received a phone call back for almost a month since my car accident. My twin brought me a Groupon for a facial and I was unable to come in August the 22 because due to my horrible car accident a few weeks back.. I have left 7 messages and no one answers the phone then it goes to this call center and leave a messages and no calls back! I know my twin spent a nice amount for the Groupon but nit able to get anyone is not a good look and very frustrating!

I found the physician to be very personable however, the follow-thru is troubling. I initially went in for vertigo. I had multiple visits for allergy testing and a two part sleep study. I was cancelled multiple times for the latter half sleep study, sometimes on the day of the study. I feel like I've wasted many hours trying to get to the bottom of my problems. I can't in good faith recommend this organization to anyone at this time. This is my edited post...... it's been a couple years since my original review. That post was correct at that time however, Dr. Seymour did make some changes of his staff to get much better customer service outcomes and It looks like the changes worked. I can now recommend highly and without hesitation.

Absolute horrible customer service and practice. I waited 10 days for an appointment and provided my health insurance information when I called to make the appointment only to receive a call 1 hour prior to my scheduled appointment that they did not accept my insurance and that they had "been short staffed" so they didn't verify or do their due diligence. As I've had a double ear infection for over a month, they did not make any efforts to meet me halfway. Would absolutely not recommend them to anyone.
