Ghost-town We are busy?! So busy no one can return phone calls?! Doors locked and lights off and your open! SMH Also telling the other doctors and making me look like THE LIAR! that you are open…you just close early on Friday BS!!!!! I physically drove up there tried to open the door and the the lock would not let me do so! 1pm and the place looked like ghost town BUT YOUR OPEN🤣 I WILL BE TELLING PEOPLE TO RUN WHEN THEY HEAR “EAR TO EAR SMILES”! More like Ear to Ear Frown’s! Addition: I will say one blessed thing came out of the situation, the referral to Dr.Alt in Clinton, Iowa❤️

The dentist was nice but they started a root canal and placed a temporary filling and scheduled me for a crown & every time they were to schedule me an apt they would call me and cancel it either the day before or the day of. Here I am 5 months later still with cavit in my mouth. My last apt was suppose to be in December and I showed up and the office was locked. Definitely don't recommend if you actually want to get your dental work done.

Had my teeth cleaned at Ear 2 Ear while I was going to school at University of Iowa and they did a fantastic job. I was having some shooting pains on the left side of my mouth and they managed to help me with that as well. Very friendly and personable staff, and I had a really quick wait time. Highly recommend coming here for your next dental appointment!

I would like to share my experience at this office. I had a prior bad experience at a different Dental office so I was in dire need of a dental office that accepted my Insurance. So I called around and finally got thru to Ear To Ear Smiles. It was one of the best phone calls I had made for trying to find a “Good” dentist. From my first call to present my experience from front office to the back, the actual dentist to the owner- Shawn , has been outstanding! They have taken the time to explain everything to me and to let me know if there was an amount that the Insurance company was not going to cover. I would recommend this office to everyone and anyone that is needing a Dental office. You know most people do not like going to the dentist, they all make you feel very comfortable . So I just

I love my new Dentist, he is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and explains what is going on through the procedure. The reception team are great as well. Super friendly and they always have smiles on their faces. I am so glad I chose this facility over others. Plus I didn't have to wait for months for my appointment.
