EAMC Family Medicine Clinic

I cannot gush enough about my experience with Family Medicine. I had my third pregnancy with Family Medicine Eisenhower, I felt supported, cared for and all the staff was accessible. The staff is incredibly kind. If you're looking for a PCM I highly recommend Dr. Grayson, this man is patient, knowledgeable, excellent bedside manner, and listens to you. He does not pressure you and genuinely wants to help. I also dealt with Dr. Skitton (spelling) and Dr. Aultman who are fantastic as well. The nursing staff is incredible, warm and willing to help. Nurse Harrison and Folks are incredible patient partners and really enhance the patient experience.

Staff is great and friendly, but every time labs are ordered it seems to go wrong. This is the second time I’ve shown up for labs in the morning only to have my time wasted because it wasn’t ordered or it expired (who limits the order for a few days???). Why is the lab not able to reissue the order themselves?????? Labs open at 7am and family medicine opens too late to fix it and get it done in the morning. Too much wasted time to do something so administratively SIMPLE.

How about we fund veteran facilities cause I called 9 times when my girlfriend was having an emergency with her medication and NO pickup. Ridiculous.

I have been calling them for 6 hours. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!

Never answer the phone. The staff has an attitude every time we come. Told my wife that she is faking seizures and labeled is as sexual trauma without any prior discussion.
