Customer Reviews
Absolutely amazing experience! I was seen by the PA Caroline W. who went beyond her duties to contact other physicians and find immediate answers that was much needed and appreciated.
Sarah Wilson saw my toddler a few months ago, and I meant to post a review then, but never did. She is AMAZING and one of the most empathetic people I have ever met. I was so stressed during the visit and she calmed me down with how calm she was. She made sure I knew what we were going to do for my daughter and included me in the plan. She told me to trust my “mom gut.” She is seriously a rare gem in the medical community here (or anywhere) I also saw Rebecca Novak for my infant. We had a hospital stay with Covid when he was 6 weeks old, so anytime he is sick I feel extremely scared. She was incredible as well. She connected with me as a mom and made me feel so heard! This urgent care has been nothing but wonderful. From the front desk to the medical assistants, I always feel taken care
Do not go here! They are horrible. I went in with a fever, aches, sore throat, and had totally lost my voice. It had been going on for 5 days, and they refused any treatment and recommended I "Wait and see." They do not understand that people have jobs and missing work cost them financially, etc. Refusing to treat someone who is clearly sick is just laziness on their part. I had to drive to Glenwood Springs to see another doctor, and that Dr. prescribed me with an inhaler, steroids, and codeine cough medicine. After taking the prescribed medication, I woke up the next morning with my voice back and able to go to work. This isn't the first time they have sent me home sick with nothing, and the same thing happened to my wife but she ended up with pneumonia. I don't know what it is but CMM ju
5 stars! I went in extremely anxious and upset with pain and right away the nurse Aaron made me feel relaxed and comfortable, reassuring me it was going to be okay and will figure it out! After explaining my issues to Sarah Wilson, she targeted my issues head on setting me up for the right tests and imaging to figure out the problem and give me peace of mind! Thank you!
Unfortunately I had to take my three year old here today for vomiting and an acute skin rash… NP Sarah had the smart idea to test her for strep. Test was positive - I am very grateful for the care we received.
