Eagle Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics

I have been going to Eagle Smiles for several years. Started with having to replace a molar crown. Wow did Dr. Thompson do a fabulous job...and in one visit!!!!! Now I am a regular with have my teeth cleaned by "Charlie" who now feels like a good friend and I am always happy to see her. The ladies at the front desk are all fabulous. Efficient, professional and always smiling and actually laugh at my humor. My teeth are important to me. I want my smile to be attractive and my teeth and gums healthy. Eagle smile makes that happen and has the best staff to acomplish the job!

SHOUTOUT TO DR THOMPSON AND CARIE!!!!!! Same day emergency root canal at a great cost and worked with us on payment plan! Highly recommend! If there were more than 5 stars they definitely deserve it!!!!

I have been coming to Eagle Smiles Dentistry for almost 6 years. The staff is very kind compassionate and nice. I have dealt with Dr. Thompson and Dr. McGinnis while being a patient here. They are both very nice engaging and Dentist that I can trust. I would encourage anyone to make this your permanent dentist. Thank you for all you do.

I have been going to Eagle Smiles for two years and have always had great interactions. Charlie is so kind and mindful when cleaning my sensitive teeth, and Josh was extremely helpful making sure my insurance was entered correctly and covered my appointment. I recommend this office to all my friends!

I have requested copies of my dental X-rays three different times. On the day of my appointment, again in early January, and once more this past Monday. Each time my email was verified and I was told they would be sent. I still have not received anything. Meanwhile, I receive their marketing emails just fine, but not my medical records. Because of their failure to release my records, I was forced to pay for duplicate X-rays at another dental office, even though I already paid for them here. This has caused unnecessary cost, delay in care, and a lot of frustration. Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this office.
