Amazing staff! My mother went in for rehab but ended up needing long term care. Everyone was so happy to help and support us through the transition: answering all questions and offering assistance however and whenever they could. I am so grateful for the love and care my mother is receiving at Eagle Pointe. My mother really wanted her hair done and within hours they had it arranged for her! They sent me photos from the salon and her "new" do. She was so happy! I love that they post all the activities they do with residents on their facebook page - it is a treat to see the candid photos! The nursing staff does a great job of keeping me informed if there is any concern or change in health of my mom and the care staff really loves her and all her quirks! My older brother Andy had a stroke and was placed in the hospital. He had no children and was divorced,so I was the one to make his decisions for him. Eagle Pointe was not our first pick, only because our other brother worked at the facility we chose,and he was also an S.T.N.A. After a few months I realized I wasn't able to visit him as often as I liked, so I made the decision to move him. The transition to Eagle Pointe was so smooth and easy. They treat their patients with kindness. They have a younger bariatric population that they have a lot of fun with. Do a lot of activities and outings. I do wish they were allowed to use bleach to clean their bathrooms though. :)

I absolutely love Eagle Pointe Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. The administrator is very kind and courteous. The admissions director is always helpful and pleasant. Every time I have walked into the facility everyone is smiling and happy. I would definitely recommend Eagle Pointe Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation.

This nursing home treated my grandfather, Ray Johnson like family. They allowed our family to be a huge part of his time there. They did everything we asked and he was happy. We watched as the staff treated the more stubborn and difficult residents with patience and kindness. We had to move my grandfather from a different nursing home to Eagle Point because of abuse I walked in on. When we moved him to Eagle Point, we paid very close attention to the staff and how they were treating the less cooperative and while I'm sure it was frustrating, they stayed calm and just never gave up.
