My son has been on Synthroid for nearly half a year. At first everything was wonderful. Eagle pharmacy has the best price and when I had any questions, I was easily able to get a representative on the phone. I don’t know what’s going on but I have received multiple emails regarding his prescription, I, along with his doctors, have responded to the emails with the correct information but have had no response. I then called and was on hold, like many others mentioned, with a repeating prerecorded message. You can NOT get through to anyone! I then combed the internet looking for alternative means of communication where I found an email. After emailing my concerns, I have heard NOTHING. My son is nearly out of medication at this point and I have no way to speak to someone regarding his medica

I just signed up today before reading any reviews. I had to call because I couldn’t get the online signup to complete the signup process. I was shocked when I was actually connected to a very helpful human. So refreshing since my local CVS NEVER answers the phone. I wish I could remember the associate’s name as he checked all my info to make sure everything was complete and ready to go. I hope I don’t have to eat my words after reading some of the reviews here but first impressions are excellent.

I have been a customer of Eagle Pharmacy for years. It used to be very easy to call and speak to a pharmacist about your prescription. I am not sure what has happened, but they now have terrible customer service and it is impossible to get a live person. The automated system keeps you in the queue indefinitely. I have been trying to get a live person today and after two phone call attempts and being on hold for 12-15 minutes each time I still haven't spoken to a live person. I have no idea what is going on but the service is terrible. If I could give a zero star review I would. I am going to ask my physician if there is another pharmacy who can handle my prescriptions moving forward. This is a TERRIBLE business practice, especially when it comes to medication that people need. And please

I share others' poor experiences. Something has gone very wrong recently. My doctor sent my refill a week ago (I verified) and nothing has happened since. I just tried to use automated phone service to no avail. Asking me if they should call dr for rx refill. I tried to get in touch with customer service 3 separate times today (a Monday early afternoon) and have spent over an hour just hearing that my call is very important to them on constant repeat and requesting that I keep holding. I do not believe the call will ever be answered. I've been holding for 15 minutes this last time. Online portal: not useful. Shows prescription needing refill. Also, shows new prescription received last week. Nothing happening. No way to send an email. No chat. Just the ability to call and spend the day

This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I ordered my medication on Monday morning. Today, I checked the status, and the automated system stated that my prescription was still “in process.” I called again and spoke with customer service, only to be told that you do not have the medication and that there is no information on when it will be available again. This lack of communication is unacceptable. At no point was I notified of a shortage or delay. Medications are essential, and patients depend on them for their health. This situation creates unnecessary stress and potential health risks. Today I received an empty envelope and a text message: Good News! Your prescription order has been delivered. In addition, they charged my card $72. The person who assisted me on the phone to
