Eagle Oaks Specialty Care Center

This poor place is absolutely amazing, just super under staffed due to the lack of doctors and specialists. Anyone who has issues calling should just go in. There isn't a call center here, it's just the 1-2 people at the desk. The parking lots are ALWAYS empty. So it's definitely easiest to just go in. Plus the inside is awesome and has tons of cool stuff for kids to play on and around while you wait if you do have to wait at all. Their automated phone lines and answering systems are... yes... a pain. But what company has systems that aren't, that are also as incredibly complex and wide ranging as Eagle Oaks?

Great Dr’s super sweet receptionist .my only issues is they do not answer the phones .. it’s also very beautiful inside and out ..and every time I go with my daughter I’m singing the Disney songs they have playing lol

My son was referred to the cardiologist by his PCP. The earliest appointment they had when I scheduled was 3 months out. I just got a call starting they needed to cancel my appointment because Dr. Sharma would be unavailable. Next available appointment is in 3 months. 6 months later after the initial referral was received my son will be seen.

Been calling everyday for a week now with no answer. It goes to a voice-mail after 10 mins of ringing. The voice-mail will not let you leave a voice-mail, it's probably full after reading all the reviews of people getting the voicemail as well. I love my daughters doctor so I will be driving down to make an appointment but this is beyond ridiculous! Do better! UPDATE:I went I'm today to make the appointment I was scheduled 2 months out. I asked the front desk what their phone number was and she automatically knew why I was asking and said she was the only worker there answering phones. She was very nice about it but this is unacceptable from Eagle Oaks to leave ONE employee to check in and check out patients AND be the ONLY one answering phone calls to schedule appointments! Never had an issue until now. I requested a prescription to be sent to my baby’s pharmacy on October 26, 2023 for her FORMULA. It is now 5 days later and still no prescription has been sent. I did advise my baby was out when I called again October 30, 2023 and it needed to be done immediately. The formula my baby needs is not an inexpensive one so coming out of pocket is an inconvenience. I had to get out of work and go into the clinic to get a physical copy so it can get done. Seriously NOT happy with the lack of urgency this clinic has shown for an infant.
