Very disorganized. When you ask for help or clarification on anything your learning some of the instructors say " email me and set up a time to meet" or they tell you to read the book. As a working parent I would have to take time off of work to meet with my instructors as they had sedlt schedules. The program is not friendly for those that have full time jobs or families. During orientation they say classes are flexible. They aren't. You can't miss more than 2 days or you are dropped from the program. Due to this many students would often show up to class sick. When it came time to get placed for our Preceptorship hours, some students got the opportunity to precept with someone they knew in the department they wanted. Others (those that spoke out) got Preceptorship opportunities that were

My experience with Eagle Gate was great! Its a bachelor level program so you definitely get out what you put in! So be ready to put in the work. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it's a fairly new campus and they are still going through their growing pain period. I has some amazing professors who invested their all into their students. I am grateful for their shared experiences and wisdom. I would hands down recommend this school to others!.

Intially considered the nurse bridge program here until I heard about their recent Fake Professor scandal (He was a nursing professor here for an entire year) and how the dean ignored student and staff concerns. This is very concerning behavior and not representative of a high standards school that anyone should attend. I choose another school instead that were more in line with my values (with real accredited professors)

I’d like to start off by saying that my professors are not the people at fault for my experience but instead the academic advisors. I only chose this program due to being told that my piercings, tattoos, and colored hair wouldn’t be an issue. However I’m now forced to wear a turtle neck in the middle of summer because this school won’t reevaluate their outdated policy. On top of that I was told that this was a part time evening program and on my first day suddenly it was a full time program and “we knew what we signed up for”. I do not feel like I’ve learned anything in this program. I have received more education from my current job than I have this program. This program is an absolute scam. Do not waste your money here. I would like to recognize my awesome professors. They really tried t

When choosing a nursing school it is vital to choose a school that has a reasonable schedule, will not put you in debt for the rest of your life, and will provide you with an education that will help you in your nursing career - not just pass the NCLEX. Unfortunately, Eagle gate has not been that school for me or many other students in my cohort. If I knew then what I know now, I would have chosen a different college. Eagle Gate has changed several regulations/rules in the year and a half that I have attended. The most recent of this has been for the testing center. The bachelors of nursing degree has been deemed one of the most difficult degrees to obtain. There is a test every week. We used to have flexibility to be able to choose when we took the test, as long as it was completed each
