The staff members at Eagle Creek are welcoming and friendly. They go above and beyond their required duties to ensure that residents' needs and wants are met. They will often stop in the rooms just to say "hello" and chat for a moment with residents and visiting family members. The staff ensures that residents are physically and mentally stimulated on a daily basis. They provide an array of engaging activities for residents, from daily puzzle pages delivered to the rooms to regular social gatherings. They are knowledgeable and understanding of each resident's individual limitations and health concerns and work to find creative ways to involve each person at her/his comfort level. I take my kids every year to Eagle Creek Nursing Center to their fall festival and their Easter egg hunt.The staff is always kind and the facility is always clean! My kids look forward to going every single year! They enjoy playing the carnival games, interacting with the residents and staff, hunting the Easter eggs, getting candy and winning prizes!

My mother has been a resident of Eagle Creek for 20 months and we are getting ready to celebrate her 96th birthday this month. First thought that comes to my mind is peace of mind for our family. It is a clean and comfortable atmosphere. She also has the privacy and dignity she enjoys. Staff members have become her new family and go above and beyond her needs. They have had a positive impact on her and our family.

The Director of Nursing is exceptionally great at what she does. She genuinely cares for her residents and for her employees! Overall fantastic facility.

So far so good much better communication with the business office the staff seems great ...only 2 days in....so if I have any issues I will post them 4 weeks in and I've never seen my mom smile so much the best part she's not lonely Update!!! The best place for my mom she's happy has friends she eats good and is having fun
