Got my COVID test in less than 30 mins here in the last week of December. They are efficient and get people in and out quickly. They also provide vaccines and they have rapid tests for home use I bought Lottery tickets on the way out because hey , you never know

I am also a pharmacist and called from my hospital to verify medications for a mutual patient and received absolutely excellent customer service from the staff. Very friendly and patient!

E & M Pharmacy has been a blessing to our family during this Covid19 pandemic.Our mother had gotten her prescription sent to her regular pharmacy (no names mentioned) as it turns out they did not have her medication ,and told her that it was unavailable with no expectant due date! imagine our worries our mom alone with no one to help .so i started calling pharmacies near her and thank god I found E&m ,they not only called the pharmacy for the transfer but also reached out to her doctor to get her the same medication she was taking but instead of her taking one pill she would need to take 2. We are so ever grateful for the service you guys provide to our mom and for being so helpful and delivering her medication during this time of social distancing. I deal with this place at the recommendation of my doctor and it was not a very pleasant experience. on January 22nd shortly after leaving my doctor's office someone from the pharmacy called me to set up my prescription. The individual on the phone took my insurance information and said he will call Aetna and then get back to me. He called me back because the information I gave him from Aetna wasn't sufficient so he said he will call Walgreens my primary pharmacy and then get back to me. that was Wednesday today is Saturday and I have yet to hear anything from E&M so I called and that experience was not pleasant at all.
