Doctors are ok. Not great. Doctor wait times are very long. Up to an hour. The Doctors staff struggle with calling in prescriptions in a timely manner. They do It when its convenient for them, at their leisure. No emphasis on getting it done quickly. The entire attitude of this place is just "laid back, make 8 hours, then go home". I was recently told no Friday Doctor appointments are available?? Just hope you aren't sick on Friday, or you go to their Emergency room and get charged an exhoberant price, or seek treatment elsewhere. Total new Upper Management needed at this place quickly.

This place charged for an emergency visit when it wasn't supposed to be. You can't ever get in contact with the doctor to get things fixed and they WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU. They caused issues and now they need to fix them! They do not care about problems they caused! "The doctor is busy" If you really cared get the doctor! But they won't because THEY DONT CLIENTS BEWARE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

they charged me for an emergency visit when it was for a checkup. asked my doctor to fix it with billing, said they would, and that never happened. then the charge was sent to collections when i disputed and told them to talk to billing (they said no one adjusted the charge.) disappointed.

My problem is my prescriptions are often not sent to pharmacy in a timely manner even when it's said they will be. When I check I often get not here. Not good for patient in pain and worry.

I called her office for help while my Dr is on vacation. She helped me very quickly. Her receptionist was very nice and helpful.
