Dustin swan is an amazing PA . He is very personal, professional, caring and has been there for me for many years to make sure that I have gotten referrals to the best Dr's for all my medical needs . I would absolutely recommend him to anyone that is looking for a family dr .

First of all if I could leave no stars, I would. My husband has been calling for over 2 months to get a referral from Dustin Swann with no return calls. Obviously this office either needs new staff that can manage the volume of calls that are being received or less patients. All I can say is unacceptable. It's not like he scraped his knew and needs a bandage. He has a serious health issue and needs a referral. I guess it's time to find a new physician.

I’m not sure where my sister review went, but I’m reposting it! They never answer the phone, and when you do leave a voicemail it takes 48-72 business hours for them to respond, IF they respond. Your best bet is to pull up or find you another provider where the office staff actually answers the phone .

He's nice, but no one ever answers the phone. Been calling for 20-30 minutes to schedule an appointment for my dad and no one picks up. I tried all the extensions. When you go in the office, the MAs are in the back talking and laughing instead of answering the phones.
