Katherine Ferber has been so fabulous with both my daughter and myself. Katie takes the time to listen to what you have to say and asks questions. She doesn't just cut you off halfway through your explanation so she can hurry out to the next patient. All of the doctors we've seen through Wentworth, starting at Great Bay Family Practice and now at Durham Health, have been fabulous.

Don’t bother calling this hellscape doctor’s office. Called to get an appointment set up and they had the audacity to say they had one provider who was accepting new patients at a location over 40 minutes away and not till Aug of next year. What’s the point of having all these locations if you fail to provide for the community you so called serve. Absolutely pathetic and disgusting.

Dr. Shuman has been my primary care doctor for the last 4 or 5 years. I now live in Portsmouth and even though I’m right down the road from another doctor’s office, I can’t get myself to leave the Durham Health Center because of how great Dr. Shuman and his staff are. Dr. Shuman is by far the most genuine and caring PCP I’ve ever had. He takes the time to ask the right questions about the issues I’m having. He’s extremely knowledgeable on a variety of topics and does a great job at explaining what he means when he speaks. The staff at DHC are very organized.I’ve never had an issue calling in prescriptions to the pharmacy and I always get reminder calls/texts for any appointments that I set. The waiting times are typically 4-5 minutes, but every once in a while will be a little longer if D

My family and I were just disturbed at the dinner table by the police doing a welfare check because of a missed appointment. Very disappointing in many aspects.

Your front office needs to be replaced or get it together. Never had such bad communication or pure laziness with a doctors front office.
