First of all, the building overall is clean enough but they need better signs. There was a big sign by the main door with zero clues of who the target reader was, so I assumed it ment EVERYONE needs to check in at the same desk nearby. Turns out that was for surgery. This building is small, forgive me for thinking maybe they had a main desk. I found Dr. Yousef. He seemed knowledgeable and he read the echo and EKG I brought from Dr. Khetapls office, who didn't read them. I know because what info he gave me lined up with what previous cardiologists elsewhere had told me. I very much appreciate him doing what I requested. However, he showed no signs of desire to figure out why the problem is becoming a chronic worsening issue or seeking an official diagnosis. It continues to worsen. I need t

I am giving this review here because I don't want to take away from my positive review of Dr. Hensley. I dislike that she has moved to the DMC building. Trying to get ahold of her office is impossible. When it does kick it to the voice-mail box it will be a different doctor's VM. I don't always have the time to go in person to make an appointment. I recently have needed to see her. Neither my PCP or I could get a hold of her. I ended up going to the ER because it worsened to which thankfully Dr McKeean called her and she scheduled me in for the next day, from there she sent me to stay a few days in the hospital. I was brought to this amazing hospital,I was at lake texacoma camping triggered bad asthma,turned bacterial. I am from Wichita KS and I tell you what I received better care here then I ever have in Wichita my whole life . Pulled up friend went in for a wheel chair 6 staff followed her out immediately started care ran me to exam rooms attaching equipment and setting IV and meds . Was here a week the staff, aids, nurses and Dr ..Dr Gordon to be exact was truly amazing, and he listened when you had a suggestion to what could be going on and looked into it to rule it out When a Dr says he's watching the pollen count to see when it's good for you to leave says a lot. To the nurses on the second floor y'all rock ,kept that floor running great even without computers!! Told them all next time I

Shannon, one of the check in clerks is the rudest person I've ever encountered. Every time I'm in there for myself or other family appointments. COVID is on the rise and I'm immuno-compromised therefore I wear a mask in public places. Today she asked very loudly " are you sick"? "Why are you wearing a mask"? First of all Shannon yes I'm sick, healthy people don't frequent doctors offices. Second, I can wear a mask without explaining my medical issues to a full waiting room.

Incredibly rude front desk staff. They sit behind the window and roll their eyes at patients when you ask a question. If you call in, they act like you’ve interrupted them. It’s just bad all the way around. I really wish TMC would buy out this place. Alliance health is third world care.
