Durango Animal Hospital

Writing this as I’m still sitting here as Diana is SO incredible it just can’t wait. She is patient, kind, knowledgeable and super sweet. We’ve been here before and that visit has also been splendid. The team is quick, efficient and kind. My puppers is usually super intimidated and scared of vets but he loves her and even laid down to relax! I also appreciate that they are affordable and walk-in making it easy to align with any schedule. We will definitely be back. Thank you SO much, Diana & Dr Butler and Team!! ♥️☺️

We had the unfortunate decision to make in an emergency situation with our pup, and Abby could not have been under better care for her last moments. We have never been to Durango Animal Hospital prior to this visit, but I can confidently say we will be moving all of our other pet care to the team here after my experience today, 3/1. Every team member encountered during this process was compassionate and empathetic. Abby’s doctor today (I am so sorry I am spacing on her name) was phenomenal. She was patient, kind, and ensured I understood everything she was doing, before she did it. Thank you to the team at Durango Animal Hosptial for being complete professionals.

Dr Margolis and Dr Vine are the best! We just moved here from California and needed to find a doctor for our pets, then we came across the best group of physicians and staff here with Durango. All the girls were very sweet and extremely caring with Josie, Doctors are awesome! Josie has been here twice already, and we have been able to get her in same day. They are very honest and will not take advantage of your or try and overcharge you like a lot or places will. We have always had a great experience here and my Josie loves the staff and loves the attention and hugs she gets . My husband and I are so grateful and happy that we found Durango, They are the best! We will never go anywhere else. If you want a place that treats you amazing, always friendly and caring staff, then don’t hesitate

This lovely vet helped our 14.5 year old doggie cross the rainbow bridge. I was a wreck so I don’t remember anyone’s names but the tech who took us back was great (male, lots of tattoos) and the doctor who did the procedure was an angel (young woman, long dark hair). Everyone was patient with us, offered us additional time, and was just truly caring and kind. I’m so grateful to the doctor and staff we encountered.

I am writing about the board and care unit not the hospital as they were amazing, especially during the passing of my Fanci. Fast forward to why we bring our new dog Snuggles in for boarding. At least we did... we just went to pick her up about approximately 10:30 am today. My Fiancé and I walked into the facility first. I said hello to the front desk woman (with curly hair) and said I am here to pick up Snuggles. Another woman walked in behind me and when the front desk clerk said hello to the woman who walked in after to me, I assumed she was calling my dog to the front and maybe working on my paperwork at the same time. I am waiting and waiting at the desk and finally I ask her, should I sit down? No acknowledgment saying your dogs on the way, have a seat. She says, yes go ahead and ha
