Dunlap Dental

Have gone here for years. The prices and surprise charges on bills keep going up and the time the doctor spends in the room with you keeps going down. They've also cancelled my appointments before and bumped me out months because of staffing issues. Looking for somewhere new.

I had a great experience with Dunlap Dental (April 2025). Dr Dunlap was very professional and friendly. His hygienist Meghan is top notch when it comes to explaining what she is doing and she was able to clean my teeth perfectly with no pain at all. She has a good bedside manner with her patients as does Dr Dunlap. I would not go anywhere else for my dental health needs. The front desk person that scheduled my next appointment was also courteous. This is office is very busy so, scheduling a teeth cleaning appointment may not be as soon as you may want, so expect to schedule this months in advance. It is worth the wait.

Just had a crown put on, process was fine, Dr. Dunlap and his assistants are friendly enough, it’s the office I have a problem with. At no time in the process did they tell me how much this would cost. Then they just spring a $2000 charge on me right at the window? No payment plans, no other options. They just assume people have $2000 laying around? Like it’s just a drop in the bucket to most people? Come on. Give us some warning. The dental staff is skilled, they have up to date technology, but the front office staff needs work. I’m quite unhappy with this visit.

I had a wonderful experience at Dunlap Dental. Both Dr. Dunlap and his assistant were excellent and made sure that I was very comfortable throughout the entirety of my crown procedure. It was very easy, efficient, and painless. As a healthcare provider myself I felt like I was in excellent hands and I would highly recommend them for any of your dental needs.

They'll threaten to charge you $50 for not confirming your appointment or a no show, but they will cancel your appointment (due to their own error) 30 minutes prior to the appointment that you made 4 months ago with no type of reparation. Their solution: be on call for them as if you're not a working human being or come back in another 4 months. Just don't waste your time because it is not respected here.
