Duke Urgent Care Cary

I called in to Urgent Care In Cary on Friday afternoon 1/2/26and spoke to Mia. I had been to Duke in Holly Springs on Wed 12/31/25. I could not reach anyone there about my problem. Mia went above and beyond to help me get through to Duke in HS and to get the prescription that I needed. She was courteous and assured me she could help me. She even made a follow up phone call to make sure that All was good. She is awesome! Thank you Mia! Louise Fornabaio

We were at Duke Urgent Care this morning and received excellent care. My husband was having some symptoms we couldn’t pinpoint the cause of and we were so lucky to get Dr. James Lisng. He was amazingly thorough and spent a while trying to source the cause of my husbands discomfort. He ordered a few tests he thought might help and we were lucky in that one tests told us he was in better shape than we thought. Dr. Liang gave us peace of mind.

My family and I have had the “pleasure” of visiting this wonderful clinic numerous times due to the flu and I have been beyond impressed by the care, concern, empathy, and all excellent medical care provided by any time. Extremely organized, clean, little to no wait time, caring front desk, nurses, and providers. Best urgent care in the area thus far. Thank you!

I visited Duke Urgent Care today around 11AM with my mom in law. The doctor was not very helpful and not very verbose. He looked at the ECG, said it was not bad but added that you better go to ER. He declined to prescribe any medicine and declined to even look at her current prescribed medicine to maybe advise any adjustment. I didn’t receive any advice or any option or any explanation or any diagnosis. They also said that ER would do the ECG several times to see the dynamic but I didn’t understand why that was needed if the current ECG was not bad. It looked like that the doctor was in rush and didn’t want to talk much. They also said that they were new in this building and didn’t know if they had ER equipment there.
