Short wait, seen promptly. Staff was professional and friendly. Saw Dr Paszkowiak for my annual wellness visit (Medicare). She was thorough and took her time to review my issues. Then Dolly drew my blood painlessly! And Dr P. followed up quickly on my chart to review the lab results. Great visit!

I don’t usually post bad reviews for places I do my best to review spots that other people should go to but in this case I’m posting this review to tell people to stay away from this specific clinic. I reached out to schedule a new patient appointment back in November and was given an appointment three months down the road in February. Close to the day of my appointment, my appointment was rescheduled to a day in May. This afternoon I got an email saying my appointment for 2 weeks from now that I had been waiting nearly half a year for was cancelled. I gave Duke a call to reschedule and they told me the next new patient appointment they have is in July. Not sure who to point the finger at here but this is clearly a huge issue for someone who just needs a basic check up and they can’t get i

I went for an annual physical (covered by my insurance which I gave them). Three months later they charged my 500 saying I was uninsured. I gave them my insurance and then 7 months later they charged me $300 saying insurance wouldn't cover it because it was no longer an annual physical because I told them I have headaches and the doctor told me to take Tylenol. There was no mention of this during my appointment and it honestly seems very low and scammy to upcharge a patient for telling you they have headaches after you ask when you provide no treatment for them. They should feel ashamed

5 stars for Dr. Nikit Shah!! I have seen him multiple times and he listens so well. He is patient as I explain what’s going on and supportive in finding a medical plan to help me. He is the first PCP that I’ve felt comfortable asking questions to and who I feel really hears me and is committed to my health. 10/10 recommend Dr. Shah!!

I went in for a wellness check up which was covered 100% by my insurance. My doctor was so busy that day complaining that she had so many patients to be seen and over worked, she didn’t have enough time to do breast exam, HPV, and Pap smear tests therefore she asked me to make another appointment to come back for the tests. That’s understandable and so I came back 3 weeks later for the tests that weren’t get done the first time BUT I was charged for the office visit as something else, not a part of wellness check. I like my doctor but the office management & it’s billing system are terrible. Also, one of the front desk representatives is quite rude with an unprofessional attitude.
