Dr Pathan is an outstanding PCP. She is very thorough, patient and attentive to the needs of her patients. I am grateful for the care and professionalism that she has consistently provided. Thank you for your knowledge and being such a trusted physician.

The folks at the front are always inviting and happy! You can tell the nurses take pride in their rooms and their patients. I am always given clear direction on what to do or what will happen next. I normally see Dr. Beck and she is fabulous. I had to see another doctor recently and saw Dr. Claudia Gonez. What an amazing human and doctor she is! I have never had a problem with billing at Duke. What an amazing group of people at Duke Waverly! Thank you ☺️

I also do not understand bad reviews! I have been going here for years & Dr Holloway is so good & on the ball. Plus staff r professional. In addition, you can get Exrays/Blood Tests too.

I don’t understand all the bad reviews. Because my experience at Duke Primary Care Waverly Place has always been fantastic. Dr. Mullen is hands down the best doctor I ever had. Unlike some of the doctors that I have seen in the past. That only see you for a few minutes ,and then they’re gone, to the next patient. Dr. Mullen makes time for you. She really do care about your well-being.

Avoid - they will always find ways to bill you for costs that you didn't know you were signing up for. I have had two annual preventative care physicals that are fully included in my medical plan and both times I ended up with bills that I have to fight to get reversed. Additionally, when you go for a your no-cost annual preventive care physical, the Doctor will ask if you have any questions. If you then ask a question, you will be charged for an "office visit". Totally shady!
