I started visiting a new primary care provider the doctors there my first visit I knew we wasn't going to click. What's this thing when you ask a question she answers you back with a question and laughs My medical issues are very sensitive and not a joke I changed providers I am very happy with My new provider I'm with now he's in the same building I had a very awesome experience with him on my first visit he listened to my concerns and needs and it is what I needed done I needed vaccinations updated and ask him to check my record because I had been through a medical procedures over at Duke Cancer University. First thing is first CMAS, are NOT NURSES! Stop referring CMAS as NURSES. They’re NOT RNs or LPNs. CMAS stands for certified medical assistant. Big difference. One CMA called herself a NURSE!

Had an awesome experience here as a new patient. The front desk staff were very friendly and my provider (Jaimie) was wonderful. Planning on being a long-term patient at this practice!

Had an appointment to drop lab. Arrived 30min earlier, the receptionist told me I was at the wrong location making me look stupid. Drove to the different location she gave me. There I was told I am the wrong location and I need to go back where I was in first place because they don't know why the receptionist sent me away. I ended up being late for my work despite arriving 30 min early. I thought Duke would hire professional workers who would not unnecessary be sending patients to tour Mebane unwillingly. So much risk to just drop a lab.

Honestly, I'd love to see Doctors and nurses start acting like they care about their patients. It's gotten much worse since Covid. Our son has been seeing doctors here for over 10-years for ADHD. They change staff, doctors constantly. We've gone through at least 5 doctors and PAs, if not more. They just don't care. Too busy trying to push harmful vaccines on patients or worried your sinus infection is Covid. They don't really care about trying old-school, normal medicines. Too busy pushing the latest fads or medicines they are being paid by pharmaceutical companies to pimp. Ask for a refill on a medication. The nurse cannot even be bothered to LOOK at the chart to see he's got an in-person appointment scheduled. Or that he sees the doctor (PA) like CLOCKWORK, on a regular basis. Every 3
