Customer Reviews
We've been trying to make an appointment for almost 4 months and no response from Alicia. We've spoken to different schedulers, some pass us to a phone number we've called multiple times, another number rings endlessly and nobody ever answers... it is a horrible experience. One scheduler even told us that it should only take 3 days for the doctor to review the files from the pediatrician and she was so sorry that we have been waiting months with no response.
They're very great with my child Melanie. Don't let the reviews scare you off they are very very good and they will meet every need you have about your child. Your child is in good hands with them. They made me feel so so comfortable and comforted and dr. Sheldon is very very great !
I would give zero stars if I could. My son has a rare neurological disease and at first they didn't want to treat him because it's "rare", but of course they have to as part of their contract with the insurance company. Since then, it has been one bad thing after another. They sent me some random DNA test kit for my son with no explanation or even letting me know it was coming. I call the office several times about it and never received a call back. When it came time to have his RX refilled, it took a WEEK for someone to do their job. Now, I am meeting resisitance getting his follow up appointment scheduled because his physician has left (can't blame him if working for duke is as horrible as being a patient). I was told we would be sent a letter letting us know who the new provider
I thank God for Dr. Fuchs and the “Dream Team” for performing neurosurgery on my son. They saved his life.
