Review updated 10/29/2024: My prior review explained a billing issue my family experienced after a visit to Dubin Orthodontics in June, which is has since been resolved (October). MetLife dental insurance (not the Dubin office/billing team) was ultimately responsible for issues with the visit claim and for the delay in the re-billing process. We are happy with the dental services the office provided. I am still reducing one star from our review, to reflect our disagreement with the office policy to initially bill insured patients 100% out-of-pocket before rendering one-off services (in our case, a retainer replacement). The staff was incredibly friendly nd proffessional from the first phone call I made to schedule my appointment. I got an appointment quickly. The office is run so efficiently. I saw the doctor at the time my appointment was scheduled for, I did not have to wait. Dr. Dubin was incredibly thorough during the consultation. He answered all my questions and did not rush. He is also incredibly professional and friendly. Highly recommend this practice.

The entire office staff is kind, caring, and will stop at nothing less to obtain the best outcome for their patients. The office itself is consistently clean. They create a fun family atmosphere with the games and activities. Highly recommend.
