Usually I have had good experiences here but on July 10th 2019, I had the terrible experience of having Dr. Kao perform my sons physical and vaccinations...except he didn’t. When explaining my son had only ever received vaccines at this location and that his records were all in their system he weaseled his way out of the patient room saying “I’ll look into it” like a coward to only have his nurse tell me he wasn’t going to allow him to get his current 2 month previously scheduled appt vaccines. After complaining to the receptionists about it, they did look into it and verified that my sons shot records were readily available. I was frustrated and requested to have his vaccines performed by another doctor and they spoke to a Supervisor who told them they would make sure my son was vaccin
