Mindy is an incredible therapist. I am very active and deep tissue massage helps my body reset and recover. I moved to the area about 2 years ago, went to 3-4 different therapists before settling on Mindy. She is very knowledgeable about the body and how to help you recover. I feel two inches taller every time I leave. :)

Mindy delivered an amazing experience for a first time massage. She was able to provide the deep pressure I needed and work through knotted areas without being sore in the days after the massage.
