DSC Oral Surgery & Dental Implants of Lakeland

I am a new patient who was referred to Dr. Lee for my wisdom teeth extractions. Dr. Lee and his staff were nothing short of amazing. Everyone was so kind and patient with me; starting with his front desk secretaries, to his assistants, to Dr. Lee himself. I was actually shocked at how kind and helpful they all were. I initially left my appointment thinking I couldn’t afford the extractions, to then calling them back and sorting out the financial part so I could get my teeth extracted, and they rescheduled me to go back for the same day! I went to several dentist offices before this one and I kept getting denied for my teeth extractions for different reasons. I’m just so happy I was referred to Dr. Lee’s office. Day 1 post opp and I feel great with minimal pain. 10/10

Dr Lee and his team were amazing. Megan who’s works at the front desk is so so kind and made me feel welcomed the second we spoke. She answered all the questions I had and gave advice on getting my tooth removed. Dr. Lee and his team in the back were also amazing, the procedure was quick and painless. They made you feel very comfortable.

Had a wonderful experience! Clean facility and wonderful customer service. The lady named Jen who took care of my mom prior to her procedure was absolutely amazing, and Dr. Lee is incredible as well, very thorough, and caring! The staff is nice and happy and that really creates a welcoming environment. 10/10 would recommend anyone to this facility!

Dr. Lee and his staff are incredible. From scheduling to pre-op instruction the front office staff is top tier! His assistants Carmen and Tammy made all the difference in making my daughter comfortable during and after her procedure, thank you both!! She had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and I couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon. Dr. Lee is kind, patient and just amazing at what he does. He explained everything and answered all of our questions. Honestly, this practice.. Doctor and staff included deserve 10 stars. I can’t thank them enough for taking such great care of my daughter.

From my son's consult to his surgery, Dr Lee and his incredible staff were knowledgeable, professional, helpful, friendly, and compassionate. Special thanks to Jen, who personally helped with our tricky medication requirements and who made me comfortable with moving forward (Jen, if you're reading this, thank you); Megan who was the best check-in coordinator ever (I'm serious--I felt heard and understood); Carmen and Tammie, who inherently knew my son was nervous and treated him with respect and compassion. We had a special situation and I have agonized over this appointment for months, but I didn't have to worry. Dr Lee and his team were exceptional. I literally am in tears of gratitude. Hands down, the best experience.
