Drug World of Cold Spring

Drug World is basically the small-town superhero of pharmacies! Need toothpaste? They’ve got it! Last-minute birthday gift? Covered! Random kid toy to keep a tiny human distracted? Yup, that too! It’s like a mini-Target but without the 45-minute “I only came for one thing” detour. The staff is super friendly! The kind of people who actually seem happy to see you, which is rare these days. And when it comes to prescriptions, they don’t leave you sitting around wondering if you should’ve packed a snack. They’re quick, efficient, and respectful of the fact that you have, you know… a life! Recommend 10/10

I absolutely love drug world so much, everyone there is just a ray of sunshine. They have the best stuff and make me and my entire family feel so welcome every time we go.

Rude staff, unhinged clerk obviously highly frustrated with another customer takes his frustration out on me. I will not return here. this was not my first experience with employees from this location. Stay away if you wanted to be treated descent.

I wanted to take a moment to thank Drug World for being a neighborhood store—every time I interact with any of the employees, I know I am their top priority. In particular, I’d love to highlight the skill and kindness of Daley. No one loves getting in-and-out of a store quickly and efficiently more than me, but on some occasions we have to stop and take a moment to appreciate the gifts we have right in front of us. While Daley was serving two customers who spoke Italian as their first language, she was thoughtful and attentive and treated the two individuals in front of her like they were important and worthy of her time and attention. As the interaction “dragged on” I felt myself become a little anxious. Waiting this long was not in my plan. Then I had a revelation. THIS is exactly how
