A+ customer service! I had a script that was delayed due to inclement weather and when I called the pharmacist, they promptly shipped me a replacement script the very next day via overnight delivery. Every person that I spoke with about this issue was pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this pharmacy. The customer service is top notch.

I’ve had some positive interactions with Drug Crafters in Frisco, and when I’ve been able to connect with staff directly, they’ve been professional and knowledgeable. However, there are a few things I feel are important to share. The compounded Tirzepatide was more expensive than the brand-name Zepbound in my case. From what I’ve seen, most compounding pharmacies currently dispensing Tirzepatide are charging significantly less than Drug Crafters. In addition, the brand-name Zepbound has substantial manufacturer discounts available, which can make it even more affordable than compounded options. I’ve been using Drug Crafters both professionally and personally for over 10 years. They are efficient and provide excellent customer service to both their patients and providers. The prices are very fair and reasonable. I definitely recommend.

Ive used drug crafters for years now. If you need a compounded medicine they are great. Prices are good for what i use. However they do not take insurance that im aware of anyway.

Deshonda the phatmacist there is SO helpful she went above and beyond instructing me w my medication and had a great sense of humor to add on! A+ customer service for this pharmacy and I am not an easy customer to please
