Drs. Wong & Totsubo Optometry

I switched from America’s Best to Drs. Wong & Totsubo 2 years ago. It’s been the best decision! The office staff are so friendly and helpful and the optometrists are patient and thorough to a level you don’t get at the franchise places. They actually take the time they need to make sure your prescription is perfect and fully investigate any reported symptoms you have. It’s personalized attention and treatment. I can never go back to a big franchise place after this!

I've been a patient here for almost 20 years. I'm super grateful to all the doctors for their honest, compassionate and dedicated work. The staff are also on top of things and excellent. I see Dr Wong every year and as needed. I love Dr Wong. So grateful to be coming to this office!

Thank God for these professional and truly caring people. (Why?) Because I experienced about 6 months of ongoing fitting problems, stress, and continuing awful discomfort with my original glasses from ANOTHER eyeglass business. I also tried a couple other places to help me, no luck....... But now, I feel so much better, and am so grateful and 100% satisfied that my problem has ended, and that I will have good glasses and to be able to wear them as intended to........without constant discomfort and stress! They were polite, knowledgeable, patient, gave me options and actually listened to understand what I needed. Then took action. True professionalism in my book, and refreshing. Careful and diligent eyecare from Drs Wong and Totsubo. Sales staff can be kind of pushy: I had one guy try to convince me to get progressive lenses when I was just trying out having a separate prescription for computer use, just because it was covered by my insurance.
