I’m going to avoid this office in the future. The staff is very rude. They will not answer your questions. They interrupt you consistently. I simply wanted copy of my prescription and yet apparently it’s impossible to get one. I have never experienced this and any other office with whom I have worked. I actually wish I could give them a zero out of five stars.
I haven’t been able to see at all after the prescription and contact lenses. Hard to work or see anything. Also the admin staff is very rude and lost. Disorganized and waste of money
Drs Kim & Irv Hartford have been our family optometrists for decades. We're glad they haven't moved far. They also have an office in Soledad.
Staff is very friendly and welcoming and inviting. Our family loves it here.
Staff is super friendly, and very convenient for those of us in Carmel Valley!
