Drs Elias & Oakley PA

I have tried very hard not to write a negative review, but after another issue with my son's prescriptions, I am at the end of my rope. My young adult son has been going to this doctor for 2 years, and he has had an issue with his prescriptions each month. He takes two medications, one of which is for ADHD. He has to make an appointment every 30 days to get his medication refilled because they have to make a new prescription each time. I think this is by law, but that is not my issue. He is informed through the portal that his scripts have been called in to the pharmacy. When he goes to pick them up, they only call on 1, and his ADHD medication was not called in. If he calls into the office, they say they do not know. If he contacts the doctor through the portal and requests to speak with

I recently had to find a new primary care doctor as mine had retired. That's a little daunting when you've been going to the same physician for years. Dr. Oakley was very professional and treated me with respect. She was easy to talk to, listened to my concerns and didn't dismiss my medical history as another doctor did while I was in this process. Recommendations for my ongoing care and wellness were discussed, with simple, clear instructions. I left the office feeling hopeful about the future and empowered in my health care decisions.

I do not understand the bad reviews I have been seeing Dr. Elias for over 5 years and could not be happier. The whole office is amazing and Dr. Elias is informative, helpful and extremely nice. I have never had a bad experience with their office. I can always get an appointment within a week; usually less and he listens to everything I say and takes my concerns very seriously. I think the issue with many of these people is they do not voice their concerns or tell the doctor in detail what is going on. He can only base his opinions and diagnosis off of what he is told and what he sees on examination. I, for one, will be his patient for as long as he is in practice

I like Dr Oakley and Dr Elias. Dr Oakley came in the room very quickly. She listened as I expressed my symptoms, and was very knowledgeable in how to treat me. I did not feel rushed at all.

I chose Dr Ellias because he provided excellent care for my husband. I came in as a new patient with some serious medical problems. Dr Ellias and patient, answered all my questions and provided me with excellent care and advice The staff was professional and courteous, i feel very fortunate to have him as my doctor and will be referring my daughter and grandson
