Do not go here! They tell You that You must pay a fee ($250) for anesthesia and that you will Get it back when your insurance pays the bill. My insurance paid the bill 8 Mos ago and no matter how hard I beg or how many times to call they still won’t reimburse me! Terrible office. Choose a different doctor.

Once you get your endoscopy and colonoscopy, don’t expect to see the doctor again. Every follow-up is handled by nurses, not the gastroenterologist himself. They consistently show up late, can’t pinpoint the problem, and even ask me what I think we should do — which is incredibly frustrating when you're there for answers. On top of that, I was charged for appointments that never actually happened. The lack of follow-through, accountability, and real medical guidance is shocking. I do not recommend this practice.

A couple years ago, my wife was referred to Dr. Trivedi for elevated liver levels. Dr. Trivedi ordered an MRI, claimed it was the wrong MRI when reviewing it, refused to look at it, then summarily claimed it was a fatty liver while blaming my wife for not getting the correct MRI. He acted very unprofessionally. 2 years later my wife has just had a large bile duct cyst removed. I am very disappointed Dr. Trivedi did not give my wife the attention she needed.

Updating this review based on my recent experience. They scheduled an appointment for me but did not give me any information regarding said appointment and did not respond to my voicemail asking for more information even after a few days. It’s now the day before the appointment and I have no way of knowing what it’s for and no way to cancel it. I wish I felt like more of a priority to Dr. Trivedi but most of my interactions have felt brief and rushed with the exception of my last colonoscopy with him which was a great experience. I’m not sure if perhaps he’s taken too many patients? More communication is definitely necessary when it comes to something as serious as your health. Especially having a chronic illness. Went in for a consult for acid reflux and was scheduled for an endoscopy. Dr was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Wonderful bedside manner. Staff was really nice and was able to answer all of my questions regarding insurance. Followed up with his PA Gina who was so nice and thorough. Would recommend this doctors office to anyone.
