Good morning Dr. Holmes, Sorry it took a week to write this, but I was so angry. On December 17, Michele called me to tell me you had the flu, I hope you recovered, and had to cancel my appointment, no big deal. I told her, I had an ingrown nail, that I thought was infected. I asked to see any other Doctor, she said they were booked solid all day.
