Very friendly staff. Clean establishment. Takes way too long to actually see the Doctor. You wait to check in. Wait for the X-ray staff. Then wait again for a room. Then finally wait more for the Dr to enter room to read the results and go over plan of action. It’s not a big deal if my child wasn’t just 8 months old. She needs to eat and take a nap. Just cranky and inconsolable after waiting over and hour and we are still waiting.. Need to somehow make a plan of action to get babies out quicker. Saw the Dr after almost 2 hours of waiting and he was in and out in less than a minute. Would do one star but your supporting staff are so nice

I took my daughter a few months ago and they charged me a $600 facility fee that did not include the Dr bill or the xrays. Granted my insurance didn't cover anything because I had to meet my deductible but they billed to my insurance over $800 facility fee to see my daughter for a max of 20 minutes. That is just a ridiculous amount. With 2 x-rays, the Dr and the fee, I ended up paying almost $900. On top of that, I've been trying to make a follow up appt before my insurance rolls over to the next year in February, because I've already met her deductible. I have called multiple times with no answer. I have left 2 messages and nobody calls back. Needless to say, now I have spent hours on end trying to find a new Dr. 3 hours away because I just can't believe this is how this hospital takes ca

Stated that only had 1 Dr to see a 17 yr old with a fracture to the wrist and would not schedule for same day asked to refer to other clinics and sand that they were the only one who would take patients under 18 and i could go to ER. Called around and south Texas bone and joint will take patients 13 and older.

Awesome people and great care! I’ve had several of my children get treated here. It’s always an amazing experience.
