Раиса О. I'm very happy with this office! The place is clean, welcoming, and has a warm atmosphere. The whole staff is friendly and attentive. My special thanks to Dr. Abigail Disman for professionalism, attention and care for me. I felt confident and calm. Dr. Disman explained every stage of treatment in detail, answered all questions and offered the best plan into account my wishes. The work was done gentle, neatly and without pain, which is very important for me, who used to be afraid of dentists .

I unfortunately had a poor experience while at the office for my teenage sons first visit with the practice. It started with the receptionist telling me that she didn't look at the paperwork I previously filled out for my husbands insurance information and required me to provide her with my husbands SS#, rather than looking at the paperwork. Once I provided this information, we sat in the waiting room and waited for the provider. During our wait, we had to listen to the entire conversation of the receptionists, most of which were not appropriate for others to hear, let alone the times she answered the phones, put patients on hold then said to the other receptionist "OMG, I just cant with them". Totally unprofessional. There were three more patients that walked in after us, that were called

Dr. Driscoll is an excellent dentist! My husband started going to her a few years ago and the rest of us made the switch over. I was able to get in quickly when I had a dental emergency. My younger child has a lot of anxiety when it comes to the dentist, which made me really nervous to make the switch over to a family dentist instead of pediatrics. Dr. Driscoll and Courtney were very patient with her and were able to get a lot of things done that other dentist (including pediatric) were unable to get done. My child left feeling comfortable and excited with how everything went. I like how everyone is friendly and welcoming. I’m glad we made the switch.

This glowing review is for Terrie Driscoll, DDS who moved her practice 1-1/2 miles down Ft. Smallwood Rd. from her previous practice. I've been a patient of hers for many years and have needed extensive dental work from time to time (i.e. from fillings to crowns). I can honestly say she is the best dentist I've ever had. She is extremely competent, caring and yet professional! She takes her time with you in order to give you the best advice and treatment! Her staff (Kristy, Kerrie, June, Stephen, Rachel, Brittany) are so pleasant and helpful and also extremely competent! I will never go to another dental practice!!
