Driscoll Children's Quick Care - Morgan

I came for a cist removal, and the doctor just squeezed it with his hands very hard , and his hands appeared dirty , and I left the doctor with a lot of infection still inside of it , and in more pain then I went in, now I’m sitting here with a bigger infection because they didn’t do it correctly. I even told him to stop at one point because I was in a lot of pain, and he demanded to keep going and i didn’t have any medication that I asked for. Definitely won’t be coming here again! It was the most awful experience I’ve had.

I am a first time mom and my 11 month old daughter started running a fever that we couldn't get to break. Needless to say I was kind of freaking out. I did a quick google search for children's urgent care and I am so happy that this was the first place to pop up. The entire staff including the front desk was so kind and professional. You could tell they really care about your child and were even helping me to stay calm. My daughter had a diagnosis and was already feeling better due to the medicine they gave her within 30 minutes of walking through the door. The doctor and nurses were all so kind and helpful. I can't say nicer things about this location. Your children are in excellent care here.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. First, Who would hire an officer in place unless acts of disturbance are happening?! Second, we were asked about social number which is awkward and employer information to be checked in. Though the insurance is from marketplace and not through employer. They refused to price the visit for walk ins and cash payment. So, you check in and they hunt you with their unspecified and surprising bills after they do whatever you may need or not need. Total scam. I would never recommend to anyone in need. Patient ‘s family need to think about their patient rather than the unknown bills about to happen. So, save the time and go to ER as you will pay anyway. It’s kinda similar there. We didn’t check in as we felt being scammed.

Came here for thr 1st time tonight bc my little one was sick. Everyone who helped us was beyond friendly and professional. The lady at the front desk (I didn't catch her name) was so quick to help us and caring as she checked us in. It was nice that it didn't feel rushed but was still a quick process. Then the team who did all the vitals checks were so patient and kind with my shy daughter and I felt like they were really listening to me. The doctor was AMAZING and put us at ease while helping us. She was so caring and sweet with my little one. The nurse who came in to do her test was also so great. She stabbed her throat and my little ones very loose tooth came out and was scared bc she saw blood. The nurse was so sweet with her. When our results came in the doctor came back in to tel

Amazing place ! They accept all insurance and those without.I had to take my baby for a mosquito bite. The staff is absolutely amazing. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a hospital/urgent care . Laura as well as all the other staff members were so sweet! The doctor was wonderful and very thorough . They all made us feel so welcomed. This will be our new urgent care place.
