Always a pleasant experience here. Staff is professional and scheduling runs on time. Kai is a great technician - does a very thorough job. Every time I visit I learn a bit more from the staff about dental care and I always appreciate them taking time to share educational tips.

I chose this dentist because my fiancé had a good experience there. I recently cracked my tooth and needed an emergency appointment. I called the number, but there was no answer. I called again, and an AI representative picked up. I was hesitant to use the AI, but since no one was picking up, I decided to try it. The AI had a problem with zeros and kept repeating my number. I decided to schedule an appointment anyway. The AI scheduled me an appointment for an emergency, not the same day, but the next day. I was relieved that I had an appointment scheduled. At 2 PM on Saturday, I received a call from a Dream Smiles representative informing me that they were closed on Saturday. Nice friendly stay with the clean office and bathroom. They helped me get two sets of dentures for my insurance upper and lower jaw.They do good work. They will send you a text reminder about your appointment in advance. The only thing is sometimes just a long wait time depending upon the doctor who's working that day today I went to the doctor and I was called immediately in the back very shortly wait time but the last time I was there a few weeks ago I waited 2 and a half hours before being called to the back
